Introduction & Eligibility

Welcome to the acs27 platform. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form the legal basis between acs27 and its users. By accessing the platform, creating an account, or using any service, you are considered to have given your full consent to these Terms.

To use acs27 services, the following eligibility requirements must be met:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You must provide your true identity.
• The same person may not operate more than one account.
• The service may not be used from any country or region where online gaming is prohibited by law.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the acs27 platform.

Account Registration

When creating an account on acs27, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Creating an account with false information is strictly prohibited, and any such account will be terminated immediately.

• Each person may create only one account.
• The mobile number and email provided when creating an account must be your own.
• acs27 may request additional documents for identity verification at any time.
• If any information provided at registration changes, acs27 must be notified without delay.
• Withdrawal requests may not be processed until account verification is complete.

Account Security

Keeping your acs27 account username and password confidential is entirely your responsibility. You are personally accountable for all activities carried out through your account.

• Do not share your password with anyone.
• Be cautious when logging in from public Wi-Fi or shared devices.
• If you suspect any unauthorized access, notify us immediately at [email protected].
• acs27 will never ask for your password by phone or message — any such contact may be a phishing attempt.
• Transferring or selling your account to a third party is strictly prohibited.

Deposits & Withdrawals

acs27 supports the most widely used mobile banking methods in Bangladesh. All financial transactions are secured through SSL encryption.

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (per method).
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour.
• Withdrawals are only approved from verified accounts.
• The source of the deposit must come from a mobile number registered in your own name.
• Deposits or withdrawals through third parties are not permitted.
• acs27 may hold any suspicious transaction for review if needed.

Bonuses & Promotions

acs27 offers various types of bonuses for its users. Accepting a bonus means fully agreeing to the terms of this section.

Welcome Bonus Terms:

• Up to 150% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000.
• Wagering requirement: 15 times the bonus amount.
• Example: Depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus, totaling ৳2,500 — to withdraw the bonus, ৳1,500 × 15 = ৳22,500 must be wagered.
• Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of deposit + bonus.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is fully met.
• Claiming multiple bonuses from the same household, address, or device is prohibited.
• If bonus abuse is detected, acs27 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Each promotion may have specific additional terms, which will be published on the relevant offer page.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All games and betting activities on the acs27 platform are governed by specific rules. The following general gaming rules apply to all services:

• Each game has its own rules; read them before starting a game.
• Rounds interrupted due to network issues or technical errors will be settled in accordance with acs27's policy.
• Any winnings obtained by exploiting software bugs or errors will be considered void.
• In sports betting, if an event is cancelled, the bet amount will be refunded.
• acs27 reserves the right to set maximum bet limits on any market.
• Placing opposing bets on the same event to guarantee a profit (arbitrage) is prohibited.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the acs27 platform. Violating these prohibitions will result in immediate account closure and the balance may be forfeited:

• Operating an account using another person's identity or by providing false information.
• Taking advantage by violating the terms of bonuses or promotions.
• Using hacking, botting, cracking, or any kind of unauthorized software.
• Using the platform for money laundering or other illegal financial activities.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Engaging in fraudulent collusion with other users of the platform.
• Attempting unauthorized access to acs27's servers or network.

Account Suspension & Closure

acs27 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without notice in the following circumstances:

• If any clause of these Terms is violated.
• If fraud, deception, or illegal activity is suspected.
• If documents requested for account verification are not provided in a timely manner.
• If the user requests to close their own account.
• If a self-exclusion request is made under the responsible gaming policy.
